Aerides odorata 'Lovely Surprise' AM/Aos

This Aerides odorata 'Lovely Surprise' AM/AOS just received its Award of Merit for us at the Memphis Orchid Society show this past weekend. Its a large flower with an unique color form and a wonderful strong fragrance of apricots and lime. It has 82 flowers and 17 buds. It was given a point score of 82 points and was such a surprise to us that I named it 'Lovely Surprise'. This was a seedling I purchased from Oak Hill Gardens about five years ago.
