This one has nice form, but the "muddy" dorsal would most likely preclude any awards when compared to previous cultivars of the same cross. However, I think that this plant when combined with niveum, thaianum, or Nathaniel's Clarity (niveum x thaianum) has the potential to yield some nice pinks, like the second picture: Paph Pink Kitty (niveum X Mary's Little Leopard).

It'll be interesting to see the outcome of whatever you decide. I vote for using thaianum, mostly because that would theoretically produce the smallest growing progeny and I'm a big fan of that species.

But if you wanted to go a different direction entirely, maybe one of the smaller growing cochlos would be a potential option, too!
