Got this 'Althea' x 'Muscles' from Ernie this summer, I'm amazed how much this bud grows & grows! The plant is in 3.5" pot & has a 10" leaf span. A full plant shot for Eric:

I agree with Eric! I guess we should all do the same when posting a pic of a flower, if it is feasible.

This one species I love but have a devil-of-a-time blooming. Here in South TX it's too warm at the right time (or wrong) to get a complete flowering. I can get a bud, it grows up a little but usually BLAST!:sob:

I love that species to, I have one in bloom that I have to take a photo.
In a few days yours will be opened, it comes very fast!! ;-)
