Possible New Cross

This just opened yesterday and I'm hoping that in a couple of weeks it will be at it's prime for judging. This is a cross of Memorial Dick Clements X Waunakee Sunset.

That is nice, I think I have one of those, I'll have to check. Is it from Chuck Acker? Post another picture if it opens more and flatens.

It is a Chuck Acker cross. I got it about 6 months ago.

I just had the first flower fall off of mine, two buds altogether for first flowering on a one growth plant. Yours seems much more full like the Waunakee Sunset. Mine looked more like the Dick, narrower petals and washed out dorsal color. I have another that is just a seedling that I got by chance as a bonus plant with an order, I hope it is more like yours. Congrats!
