happyrotter, you sound like Eric..."it's green!" I have lots of green species Phrags. and love them all. Basically,
the best growers for me. Want one with more color? Phrag. pearcei 'Pink' is a great grower and a reliable
bloomer...and it ain't ALL green. ;>)

Agree, it's hard to choose a favorite, though I stongly prefer the smaller growing types that fit nicely under lights even while they are in bloom. P. pearcei is an excellent option and in my conditions the most vigorous and floriferous of the small growing "green" species. Plus, it's almost always in bloom. I also love the P. pearcei hybrids involving long petaled species.
