Wish mine would bloom

Mine is starting a new growth that will hopefully bloom. Typically how long is it for a new growth to mature?

I received it about a year ago. It had one almost mature growth and 2 growths about 6-12 inches across.

The mature growth is the one flowering but the other 2 growths have pretty much caught up to the first and there are very small new growths starting from them.

Long story short- this plant seems to take 2 years to complete a growth

If it's got multiple growths and hasn't flowered in ages, repot and split the plant in two--- the shock should make it flower -- it's worked for me a couple of times with Grande.
