Phrag. Bird's Delight update

Well, the first spike is on its third or fourth bloom, and the second spike is on its first! Very impressive for a first-bloom plant, with two growths. Oh -- BTW, Bird's Delight is (Eric Young x ecuadorense).

I tried to get a full-plant pic, but they all turned out awful. But I did get a couple nice close-ups!

The yellow one is an older bloom, from the first spike. The redder one is from the second spike, and just opened two days ago. In the second pic you can see how narrow the leaves are.

I was going to comment that it was not as red as I would have expected...like Isaias said, perhaps the yellow clone was used (?). It is quite lovely!

The Eric Young parent is 'Mont Millais' 4n AM/RHS. I don't think it's a flavum.
