Kevin..petals are 6 1/2 inches long, flower from top of dorsal to bottom of the pouch is 5 1/2 inches..it's a big bloom ! More of what I was expecting out of China Dragon.

Eric, the plant is huge..no picture needed.

This years blooming was my culture..last years blooming was not, and it was shipped bareroot right before blooming ...I would think that would make a difference.

Nice! I'd like to see some of these kinds crossed back on to caudatum types - maybe J.P.'s popowii! Now that would be something! I wonder how much of the besseae would come through.
