Very sorry to hear this happened when tried getting first thaianum flasks here they were shaken mercilessly in shipment and all died

Who did you all use for shipping?

From Thailand it was 'something freight' and then inspection and onto USPS
Don't know where fumble/punts happened, guess you really need to pay for a courier
Though, when other boxes with phals came weren't as bad though still jumbled

Sorry to hear that Elmer. I have never (knocks on wood) had issues with the USPS, but have no experience with overseas as of yet.

It was probably the us customs agents on a rampage........f&#! These orchids must die!!!! They were from wild collected plants & have papers!!! They need to stay in country of origion and all die in the marketplace, or we will smash them to oblivion!!!! We'll show these orchid growers hahaha!!!!
