Nights at 16 to 18 C I would say. In fact it is grown in a rather cool room in summer. From late June to July, highs are 27 C, because of air conditionning. And nights are at 17 to 20 C.
This clone likes much warmer temperatures too and it is a reliable bloomer. And it can stand cool temperature in winter (min 10 C). It blooms each year. The shape of the bloom is not perfect but the color is so great that I decided to keep it.
This looks like the one I posted on Sept.22nd. The Maudie of yours must be the Red Maudie (Red Shift) which gives it the fabulous colour. Didn't know it had a grex name or any other for that matter --- it was suggested that I call it Burgundy wax!!!
