even if the colours are very nice, this bloom looks grotesque... like a plant with filariasis... not really sure I like this one :(
 
It is impossible for me to insult a micranthum flower, and I am a huge fan of this variation. I have to say though, it turned out very weird! Is it a first flowering?

No, seriously it should be normal on the next bloom unless Hakone can tell us if the foliage was deformed as well. That could point to a perment mutation.
 
Looks like this flower took the short bus to the orchid show. ;) If it grows and flowers then it can't be a "bad" micranthum. I look forward to next blooming!
