Paph. micranthum var. eburneum

A reliable bloomer for me, blooming every year or two. Originally from HOF this is probably the largest and most colorful flower it has produced for me, however, for some reason the stem did not elongate this year so it is not presented well at all. Oh well, can't win them all!

The flower looks good, as to the stem .... you can't always get what you want (Rolling Stones).

The bud progression seem quick compared to some other parvis. Definitely a plus!

Odd flowering I reckon change of weather during bud growth stage has a lot to answer for
