No, Leslie...it really doesn't! One of the two main features, that distinguishes var. potentianum from the typical variety is the lack of warts on the upper part of the petals (the other being the smaller width of the dorsal)... this flower clearly flaunts its upper petal warts!

What color form is this considered? Albescent?

I was under the impression that callosum had green and magenta stripping in the dorsal or at least some magenta suffusion.

Dr. Tanaka mentioned a P. callosum var. vietnamense, green with warts.

You are right, paphluvr....but I just thought this a very pale form of callosum, an intermediary colur form between the typical one and the albinistic ditto. I think this view might be supported by the fact that the pouch can't be said to be exactly strutting with anthocyanin.
