The cross is definitely from in charm. I have one and the performance is quite well.

Was curious about the petal length. They measure around 38cm. Is this standard for this hybrid or could they lengthen on future blooms. Is the petal length more advantageous when being judged?

Yep, short for this cross but mine bloomed with short petals for the first two to three times. Then when I managed multiple spikes the petals were in the 20+ inch range.
