Paph. bellatulum...almost there

So excited about this bellatulum I couldn't wait till it opened to post a pic. it is a Sam Tsui cross, 'Huge Bold Spots' x 'Red Spots'. I have a few of these and this is the first to bloom---less than four years out of flask.

Beautifully grown... Did you have any problems raising brachys from seedlings?

Thanks...this batch was very vigorous.

Grown under 4x40 watt T-12 fluorescents. Cool temperatures. I also use reverse osmosis water and fertilize at low strengths frequently.

Hi Nick,

I got these from elpanoniro from SOF if you remember him--he used to grow out lots of flasks. He deflasked them but sent me a bunch of seedlings that I grew out. I'll post an updated flower shot soon--it turned out nice. one of its sibs is just starting to show a bud now too
