Come on, guys.. please post any of your orchids which have unusual growing habits, or features (leaves, bulbs..) I'll start off:
1. SQUARE pseudobulbs!!! hehe.. this is bulbo biflorum, as requested by grandma..:

2. BEANS!!! uninformed people often comment on my brassavola nodosa as a bean plant.. :p no flowers now:

3. STICKS!! this vanda/papilionanthe Amy has terete leaves and tall climbing stems.. definitely not a plant for mounting:

Thanks for all your interesting postings.

They are all neat pictures, but I especially enjoyed the bulbo biflorum. I have never seen one but it sounded so interesting, I ordered one. It hasn't arrived yet. Now I am anxious for it to arrive.

I also like your decorative hanging pots with the holes in them.
