Orchid Tissue Culture Training

Perusing through some back issues of Orchids via 2003 I stumble across an add for Orchidland Inc. and Chin Chi Lin offering Flower Bloom Control programs and In Vitro Culture Programs. Essentially they were offering horticulture tutorials that were orchid specific, and though his prices were ludicrous the idea is sound.

I was wondering if anyone is doing this kind of training now days? If so, whom?
If not I wonder if some of the successful breeders would be interested in offering a course along these lines?
