Hi there, I'm in New York and I keep orchids on windowsills and under LEDs, including some slippers. I'm glad to find you all here!

Yes it is! I also ended up in Richmond to attend VCU-many years ago. I fell in love with the Fan, and after living several other places ended up buying a house in the Fan that was right behind my first apartment.
