I bought the plant in may 2009, it flowers for the first time, I´m not sure if it really is a Laelia/ Schomburgkia superbiens...

Cool plant, and blooming: 4 spikes!?!!

I have a plant that I got as superbiens some years ago ( => http://www.slippertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20074&highlight=laelia+superbiens) !! It is spiking on 3 very long spikes (1m +), buds supposed to open in a couple of weeks; interesting to compare the actual blooms!!! Jean
