And all those paph maudiae alba hybrids are easy growers and readily available. My Hsinying Dragon is in bud and it's a Dragon Flag cross. They would have a spike that is a foot tall.
Paph primulinum will be a sequential multifloral
And paph helenae alba would be as small as you can get but its a new species ;) I bet a alba of helenae would cost a lot
 
yeh, few people can legally get helenae here, though. (i think it's often more of a yellow, too...)
