I bought this one in March from Botanica Ltd. This is the very first bloom for this little plant.

It has no scent :confused:

It is only 8 1/2".

This is how it hangs along with my Vanda collection. I grow it intermediate/warm condition.

It looks really awesome! :clap: Now if only you could coax some fragrance out of it... :wink:
 
I hope my plant blooms as nice as this one has. I believe the species can carry more flowers on the spike of a very mature plant.

Yes, the colors and pattern are similar to pleione maculata. This plant is very interesting and has a lot going on in the flower. i would love to get a few, thanks for sharing.
