Another interesting species - the flower is almost reminiscent of Pleione maculata. Hard to get an imagine of the plant though from your photo.

It has no scent

It is only 8 1/2".

This is how it hangs along with my Vanda collection. I grow it intermediate/warm condition.

I hope my plant blooms as nice as this one has. I believe the species can carry more flowers on the spike of a very mature plant.

Yes, the colors and pattern are similar to pleione maculata. This plant is very interesting and has a lot going on in the flower. i would love to get a few, thanks for sharing.
