Help on PC/email needed

Hi everyone. not the best place to ask for help, but maybe someone out there can help. The moment I log into googlemail to check on emails, my Pc reboot. For the past two weeks this has been going on. I took it in for repairs, and there solution was to update windows, check fo virus etc. Problem still exists. Anyone?

I don't know if this will help or not, but I had a similar problem with Internet Explorer! I updated to IE7 & every time I opened it it would close up on me. Than I updated to IE8 & haven't had any problems since.
