Wonderful! does anyone know what is the leaf span and width of a blooming size paph helenae.

From 4cm leafspan ( individual leaf of 2-2.5cm) up to 30+cm, flower size from 3cm to 8cm... The best way to know if they are going to bloom is to see if they have new growths, then usually they should be blooming size.

Same here I saw a bunch of the small kind when I visisted Schwerte this year. I was so amazed to see such a little Paph with flowers on it.
