Crown roast of pork sounds awfully delicious!! Turkey? Pork? Turkey? Pork?
I enjoy Turkey but man a tasty piece of pork is awfully tempting in its own right!!

Yes, for future christmases, a crown roast could be good (my cousins wife has made prime rib roast a few times), though I think for tgiving I’m locked into turkey or at least one of my own if another dinner has an alternate. I wait all year (sometimes get a Turkey if on sale at other times) for piles of leftovers, and sometimes stand in the kitchen slicing off pieces draped in heavily salted/seasoned skin!

I have pork at other times, so not as heavy a drive for it (I have Mexican american coworkers and often there is posole, or carnitas…) on holidays
