Thanks all...It has been a good blooming season so far although I did have an unusual number of flowers bloom without pouches the last couple weeks. Maybe something I sprayed when they were setting buds. D

That sucks. Hopefully they will be normal next blooming.

Yeah, I am not a botanist and don't really understand why. Three were new bloomers, but two were quality, awarded plants. Maybe our very hot, dry summer had something to do with it, but more likely I think is one of my fungicides affected them. D

I think you are right about sprays effecting flower outcomes.
