I have seen this happen on quite a few of my paphs. Especially the ones with multiple growths.
By the way, rather late for delenatii to bloom. Hasn’t this bloomed already this year?

I'm not sure, but it might have bloomed some months ago. I have two, and can't remember which one did.

My delenatii all bloom around the same time. Usually late winter into early spring.
