Cerro Verde or not?!

I got this plant back in the 2nd age, when I was only a 15 year old punk or so,....spent hieps of money on a huge plant :drool:, which then mostly died on me over time. A good friend managed to save a tiny piece, and now it's back to it's former (if smaller) glory:

I bought the plant as Cattleya lueddemanniana semi alba cerro verde, but I don't think it is one.
Ignore the gray backdrop, I was just playing, and liked it. You don't have to!

Cerro Verde does have small flares in the petals as shown in your photo. What I see in your photo is consistent with that clone. But there have been recentl offerings of similar plants that aren't Cerro Verde. Tropical Orchid Farm had them for sale a few years ago. Therefore, I cannot say whether it is or isn't Cerro Verde. If not, it's a close knock off.
