Well guys and gals!

I am officially filing a complaint against Ed...:rollhappy:

Each pot took about 45 minutes to pry away the ROOTS so I can repot them for my ebb & flow system.

I mean, whomever thought about having a gazillion of live roots without a single dead one? Honestly,I bought from some real big name vendors, some small in these past years and never, ever seen anything like this before, drop dead gorgeous root system in every pot.

Perhaps we should all get together and kidnap Ed until he spills out the beans on how to grow healthy Phrags and Paphs..:clap::clap:

well, after some time of killing lots of plants..and after seeing how seattle orchid gets things to bloom with minimal light and not much watering...it's pretty easy....the plants just strive for balance (given that it's baseline is covered)...I give them lots of shade and almost let them dry out until they are big enough to bud ...at which point they need quite a bit of water and usually a lot of water after they bloom also, since they grow a lot. Some fo my adult phrags suffered a little with the recent heatwave we had because they dried out everyday and I didnt realize it.
