Best storage for kelpak, quantum total

I’ve noticed that some people store kelp fertilizers in their refrigerators. Is this the best way to store it to prolong its effectiveness? How about Quantum Total? I just received new containers of both, so I want to keep them useful for as long as possible.

Certainly, refrigeration will prolong them , but the current Kelpak lot in the US has an expiration of 11/22/24, and even the grower with a small collection will probably use a liter by then.

Quantum has a production date on the label. Unopened, it has a 2-year shelf life at room temperature; 1 year after opening.
