Any Fern expert out there ?

For that time I ask a question, I am quite a newbie for the ferns :rollhappy:

There is a beautiful fern grown in 1 very small village near Da Li, China, as pot-plants, anyone has any idea on the identity ???

The complete rhizome and root structure looks like a pteridium fern, the petiole is from 10 to 30 cm long, and the leaf itself is two-toned, except few plants that had some amount of purple.

I Think it is Pyrrosia lingua or Selliguea sp. Here is a link.

Thanks a lot, it is definitely a Pyrrosia, I just browsed the internet for pictures... However it seems to be a "special" selection, the marking are really very strong on the plants I have seen.
