Two fun and very fragrant ones. My mother-in-law bought these for me last week at Hoosier Orchids when we visited them (they live a few miles away from Hoosier). As you can tell, I have a great mother-in-law. :)

I just got my shipment of new PrimeAgra from Ray, and promptly potted 2 plants in it. I also got one plant from him that was already in new PrimeAgra. So far it seems to live up to the claims (less dust, smoother, more uniform consistency, less floaty). Further thoughts to follow once I have...

If so...help! I just noticed this on the apical leaf this morning...but just involving the tip, which I trimmed. When I got home, it had spread to involve most of the leaf. The brown part is very limp. The rest of the leaves are fine. Any advice?

Masdevallia Snow Cone, a warm-tolerant hybrid. I can't really take credit for the bloom since I bought it in bud this last week, but I think it's one of my better pictures.

There's something going on in my lowii...is it a sheath? a new leaf? something else? I know, I know, I need to be more patient...but in the meantime, I'd like to hear people's thoughts. It is growing, by the way, so I doubt I'll have to wait too too long to find out what it is.

I can only get one of them, and am having trouble deciding which I like more. They're both small, fuzzy, pink phrags, and both are the same price and in spike. Visually I think I like the fischeri a little better, but I've never seen either in person, so it could just be deceptive photography...
