Masdevallia Snow Cone, a warm-tolerant hybrid. I can't really take credit for the bloom since I bought it in bud this last week, but I think it's one of my better pictures.

Very hairy. The throats are yellowish fading to white, and covered with purple hairs.

I got it from Orchids Limited...they have a few other warm-tolerant masdies on there too.
