I just located this well water analysis and would appreciate comments as
to its suitability for mixing with RO water for paphiopedilums.

Arsenic $ <2 ug/L acceptable is <=10

Calcium <0.5 mg/L

Iron $ <50 ug/L acceptable is <=300

Lead $ <2 ug/L acceptable is <=10

Magnesium <0.5 mg/L

Manganese $ 3 ug/L

Sodium $ 65.8 mg/L acceptable is <=200.0

Uranium $ <2 ug/L acceptable is <=20

pH $ 6.8 units acceptable is <=6.5 – 8.5

Alkalinity as CaC03 2.7 mg/L

Chloride $ 104.9 mg/L acceptable is <=250

Nitrate + Nitrite (N) $ <0.05 mg/L

Ammonia (N) <0.05 mg/L

Sulfate $ < 1.0 mg/L acceptable is <=500

You have about 170 ppm sodium chloride. I agree with Lance, that isn't very useful to mix with RO water. Maybe 10% well water mixed with RO would be acceptable on an ongoing basis. In every other way this shows, you wouldn't need the RO water at all.
