NIce, thanks for sharing. Living so far south and in the lowlands must be challenging to grow Pleuros. :)

Eric, I grow them all inside in a terrarium. Temps max out at about 82 in summer and minimum 50s in winter. It isn't nearly as hard as one would think to grow these. I even have some growing outdoors! :eek:

Mainly, you just need to know which species to try. Masdies and Dracs. are nearly out of the picture completely. Most Pleurothallis (et al), Scaphosepalum, Restrepia, Lepanthes, and Stelis do quite well. One I've never tried is Porroglossum, though a local grower has one doing very well in his greenhouse.
