Look at the influence of each parents

From left to right;

St Peter (Eric Young x longifolium)

Eric Young (besseae x longifolium)

Don Wimber (Eric Young x besseae)

very interesting comparison!!!! Crossing back to besseae = shorter, whereas another longifolium = longer petals!!! For the color? Jean
 
It seems it is gradual change from one to the other in shape characteristics and colour!!!
 
the difference between them is very large, but both are very beautiful, congratulations
 
Interesting how the yellow in the pouch seems to be intensified.
