Paph. tranlienianum (alba) seedlings: would you separate?

I'm pretty new to growing seedlings. When I deflasked these in Nov 1 (this year), they already looked a little crowded in this pot, but I decided not to disturb them. I had run out of pots which is why I just potted up the entire flask in one pot. Should I split these up into smaller clumps/ individual plants? Or should they be fine to remain in the community pot for a while longer?

As long as the moss is in good shape they can stay a while. I let my compots get pretty thick before I split them up.
