I am pretty sure that there is a bee that pollenates an Azalea that looks very similar in the same range as micranthum.

The best suggestions that I can give are: lower light, and airy mix that allows them to dry just slightly between summer waterings. Cut the water and half in the winter time and that's really it. And a good fertilizing schedule of course

I just transfered it to a basket with 1/4 sphagnum peat and Hoffman ' mix: charcoal and bark and some sheet Mos to hold it. Does sound airy enough?I
