My current pride and joy...three spikes at once! Wish it had 3-4 flowers per stem, but every time it blooms it consistently has 2 flowers/stem. Please forgive the tacky stakes and dragonfly clips!

Very nice! Well done!

To avoid "tacky stakes and dragonfly clips", I use 16 guage florist wire. You can buy them from Florist supply places, or from a local florist. They are very thin, strong wire, 18" long and painted green. The 16 guage is strong enough to support most small to medium sized flower stems; yet soft enough to be easily bent and worked with. I just bend a small half loop at one end and then bend that at a right angle to the rest of the wire. Then, I just stick it in the pot and hook the flower stem into the loop. These wires are very unobtrusive and visually, they just disapear, while providing good support for the stem.
