Very nice.. The wild plants from Thailand of this variety look much rougher than the typical callosum.. Do they grow in less optimum conditions naturally?

looks healthy, but isn't growing, the root system isn't what
it should be. It's a one growth plant and it seems it wants
to stay that way. This is such a lovely plant that I thought I could ask some culture advice.

Abax, just grow them in shade and intermediate temps with standard paph mix. (bark, perlite, charcoal/clayballs).
