Paph. barbatum

Well this is my first Paphos. of 2009, with all that this list only flower so far this year, I know that a Paphos. Iantha Stage is starting to climb the mast, but it will take to flower.

That's the darkest barbatum I've ever seen. How sure are you on the ID of this plant?

It looks like Paph Harrisianum (barbatum x villosum).

Yeah - it's lovely, but I would suspect a hybrid as well.

Nice. But I agree with the others. When I flowered my barbatum it turned out to be an average callosum. I was dissappointed.

I agree that it's darker than normal barbatums, at least the dorsal. But it's quite pretty, anyway.
