This just happened today in the town I used to live next to! I always thought it was pretty rural, but this is a little much!

I find this sort of irresponsible behavior just appalling! How could someone actually do this sort of thing? What in heaven's name were they thinking??

So adorable... at least the owner didn't keep them in his bed and claimed that he had a constitutional right to do *it* with them like that confused man from Florida (I think he even tried to go to the Florida Supreme Court with it even).
