I am planning on using Kelpak once a month as a foliar spray at 1.5 tsp./gallon. Is this frequent enough? Also once I have added the Kepak to
RO water how long with the resulting solution be good for.

I would go up to twice a month when in active growth and use it as you would a fertilizer. The solution should be good for about two weeks or more if keep cool.

I would also suggest using it in your fertizilier water every two weeks. I think you'll see better nd faster results this way.
I add 1 tsp. to a 1/2 gallon of Distilled water and use it all to water my orchids.
