This was set up just inside the door, with a $699 price. Hadn’t seen the like before and thought some might enjoy its flame.

Also, Hausermann’s is awash in Ho Chi Minhs, including this big ‘un.

I was also fascinated by the lurid-sepia Grammatophyllum.

I agree… I’m against it. But…this flower was truly arresting in person. The color is so bright. Slightly darker than arneniacum but just as bright. The stem is very very tall. Leaves are pretty. I’m softening in my old age.
