Now getting to a decent size with plenty of flowers after 4 years growth.
Seems to like spending the summer outdoors under a tree with plenty of water.
Winter is indoors with less water but enough to cause the bulbs to shrivel.
There seems to be quite a bit of variation in plant and flower size between various clones.
This one is quite small but flowers well,

I think the trick with this species to to give it monsoon conditions. It sits in a bit of water most of the summer when growing. Cooler and drier in the winter but it is not too fussy,

GREAT growing! I gave away one I had years ago that did
very little for me. The person I gave it to has won numerous awards and it's very much like your plant.
Congratulations.

Very nice. I don't even attempt to grow this. Nice to view it from afar, though. Thank you for sharing this.
