Currently in flower. Easy to bloom in my experience. Give it cool conditions in winter, back off the water a bit, no fertilizer, and presto it flowers every February.

Hey Kevin, there are three spikes, this being the biggest. As fate would have it, they are all pointing in different directions! Bright, diffuse shade.

Mine has three leads now, each with a flower stalk. Give them warmth and lots of fertilizer in the summer, then cool them down considerably in winter to set buds. Here is an immense one I saw at the Tokyo show, the form 'hololeuca'. Now that's a big plant!
