Is it 4N? The 4N coccineas will 'pleat' like that on the petals. The line is ever so slightly visible after full extension

I took the photo at Ecuagenera's nursery in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I think the flower may not have been all the way open. I'm not sure what they ploidy level is, but the plants looked pretty normal.
Nice "hand-sized" flower, about 5" across or thereabouts.
