This plant is a brassia/oncidium cross and is one of my "water suckers". It sits under a dripping mist head all day long-hence the white water deposits on some of the leaves. It gets constantly wet all day long during the spring and summer and is in s/h. It's got some pbulbs that are as big as my hands.
The spikes, like the one pictured are over 3 ft. long! So, not for indoor growers. I've ripped off divisions that have grown over the edge of the pot, this year. And it looks like I need to do it again.
It's currently got 14 flowers and 3 buds on one spike.
