This is a primary cross of C. bicolor x B. nodosa

The roots are amazing...the plant was put in a 4" slat basket in 2004...the roots are about 2 feet long. Grown in very bright light.

:clap::clap: OMG! That's somethin' else!
:poke: What no name change here?

Those roots are boggling my mind. My little Binosa is blooming too (its first time), but I don't detect any fragrance, even after dark. Is yours fragrant?

Fabulous! Those roots are amazing! Just wondering, though, it seems like lots of roots would equal lots of flowers, but I only see two. Has it had more? Also interesting is the plant itself - I would think it would be bigger, given that C. bicolor is a parent. Isn't that one a very large species? Excellent plant and flower regardless!
