Bark substrate name?

Hi, I used to use a nice root friendly type of bark, which I can't remember the name of. Think it was something like Orchid(nea?).
It was chunks of nice fairly dense media. You could order different grades. It was much better than the generic orchid compost you can buy in garden centers.
Can anyone help me out? (UK based).

I'm investing in a phrag, was going to use that with moss.
Failing decent bark I could get coconuts and smash up the husks.

Be careful with coconut husk as it may contain a lot of salt which would kill the phrag
