    Love this little Drac cordobae

I think you are right. I got it from Ecuagenara and it does have the original tag in it with cordobae. I'm not sure about vespertillio, as mine has round corners. I think I will send a picture to Ecuagenara and ask them what they think it is. Thanks

    Masde's and a Lycaste

It' isn't fragrant. I got my info about how to grow them from an article in AOS by Wilford B. Neptune, MD. He also refers to Steve Gettel. Both are excellent growers. I water once a week. I have 4 and they are all growing fine. I like these, because if you mess up the leaves, they eventually...

    Masde's and a Lycaste

It has been blooming on and off all winter. I let my greenhouse get down to 50 degrees F., but I think the temperature change from day to night, and more light has made it bloom better. I don't think it needs to be that cool, I am just trying to save money on heat.

    Masdevallia atropurpurea

Nice little specie. You might check to see whether it is a warm grower. I have a friend that grows masd's in her house and they bloom great. She sets them on a tray of water. They just need a little more humidity if when it is warm.

Here's the photo from the AOS Photographer. It is much better. I don't have any idea about the parents. It was given to me when a friend shut down his greenhouse about 5 years ago. It has been a great bloomer and it loves being in SH.

    Love this little Drac cordobae

Didn't take to the show, but I sure think it is cute. It is a little over 1" across, and I had to stand on my head to get the picture. Wish I could grow more.
